當面對焦慮時,身體會透過一系列生理反應來示警我們。這些身體反應是自然的防禦機制,為我們準備好應對壓力或危險。常見的身體警號包括心跳加速、呼吸急速、肌肉繃緊、流汗、手震、頭痛、腸胃不適等情況。出現以上的身體症狀,第一步我們必須要先排除有可能的生理因素,例如甲狀腺問題、心臟問題、呼吸系統問題等。一般會建議進行身體檢查,檢查類別視乎所出現的身體症狀,常會做的包括抽血、心電圖、X光等。如果檢查一切正常,亦找不到任何生理原因解釋到身體症狀,我們更加能夠相信是焦慮在作怪。了解這些身體警號,我們更加能夠及早識別自己的情緒狀態。

When facing anxiety, our body reacts through a series of physiological responses that serve as natural defense mechanisms, preparing us to handle stress or danger. Common physical warning signs include rapid heartbeat, fast breathing, muscle tension, sweating, trembling hands, headaches, and gastrointestinal discomfort. When these physical symptoms occur, the first step is to rule out possible physical causes, such as thyroid issues, heart problems, or respiratory problems. It is generally recommended to undergo a physical examination, often including blood tests, electrocardiograms, X-rays, etc. If no physical cause can be identified, we can be more confident that anxiety is at play. Understanding these physical warning signs is important, as it enables us to have better awareness our emotional state! 🌱
